This is a situation where I performed an augmented breast procedure that involved using both an implant and fat grafting. In the preoperative photo, you can observe that the lower portion of the breast is notably narrow therefore numerous problems can be solved without delving into technical specifics, presenting a viable solution for many, also thanks to the use of fat grafting. Therefore, I harvested fat from the abdomen, from the hips and I inserted it in the lower pole to round it out and to give it an even more anatomical shape, and I inserted a three hundred and sixty cc polyurethane anatomical prosthesis, and as you can see the result is overall very harmonious.
